Message from Principal Jones Harris
September 6 - September 9
Greetings Parents,
I'm so proud of the work your scholars are producing. Ory has amazing and dedicated teachers who are committed to ensuring your scholars are successful.
The family engagement plan is included in this week's newsletter. All K-3 teachers are receiving on-going professional development addressing the Science of Reading and implementing a new strategy called Sound Walls. Our teachers are also participating in the Writing Revolution professional development that addresses writing across the curriculum. These are just a few initiatives we are implementing in our school.
Please join us on your scheduled open house night to receive additional information. We looking forward to seeing all parents and working with you this year!
Kindest Regards,
Chief Special Agent,
Mrs. Vachella Jones (Harris)
