What is the breakdown of teacher talk vs. student talk in your classroom?
Who is participating? Who is not participating?
What talk structures are you using in your class? partners, teams, whole class?
How are you supporting students to engage in high-level student talk?
Important Information
- Narrative writing assessments should be completed by Wednesday 11/9. Teachers will be given time to score during PLCs.
- PE minutes are due by 11/11. If you did not receive an email from Chalk please let me know.
- The new primary Chromebook cart has arrived please ensure you are utilizing the Chromebook calendar to sign up for all carts.
- For student safety, do not leave students unsupervised in your classroom.
- For student safety, please report to yard duty on time. Students are being released when the bell rings and it is important that supervision is available at that time.
- If you require any classroom supplies, email maria.garcia@ourd.org and nikki.williams@ousd.org we will ensure you receive your supplies by the end of the day if they are available on site and will order any supplies that are not available on site.
