### Unit 2 reflection

## Introduction

In the beginning of this unit we first started to learn about 1 step equations like 4+a=14. Than it got harder and harder. But I capped learning more and more and I ended up getting smarter and smarter but I had a long unit to go.

## Unit 2 part 1

When we first started this unit we did one step equations. Like 3+a=21, you would have to subtract 3 with a -3 and what you do to one side you have to do to the other so you will end up with a=18.

## Unit 2 part 2

In the second part we did two step equations. Like 4h+4=12, first you have to add -4 to 4 then what you do to one side you do to the other. Then you subtract 12+-4=8. Then you put 4h/4. What you do to one side you do to the other. So 8/4=2. So the answer is h=2

## Unit 2 part 3

At the last part of this unit we did multi step equations. If you were to solve 4a+6=6a-7 you would have to combine like terms which you would have to combine like terms you cant do that because you have a number that is a like term on the other side so you do -4a and what you do to one side you do to the other. So you add 4a and 6a and than you put a -6 and subtract it off of 7 and you would get one so the answer would be -1.

## Conclusion

We learned all of these things in this unit. I really think that it was a easy unit. And this unit can help people in the future if they are a engineer. I want to be a engineer when I grow up.
