November Book Feature
Balloons over Broadway: The True Story of the Puppeteer of Macy's Parade by Melissa Sweet is a great non-traditional Thanksgiving book to read to students about the infamous Macy's Parade floats. A great STEAM connection is to have students create their own parade float. You can program Beebots to have them parade around the classroom or have a class parade of your very own!
This book is available for check out in the library!
