Rooming Assignments / trip deposits

Ohio ....here we come! DEPOSITS

A $75 trip deposit (per person) is needed before November 4 in order for us to reserve our hotel and buses. "If you would like to use Chase Quickpay for your deposit, please send $75.00 (per person) to EagleBandTreasurer@gmail.com and your payment will go directly into the Eagle Band checking account."

ROOMMATES

Please contact Phyllis Sunken at starryskygazers@aol.com regarding roommate assignments. In order to get the lowest price possible, I am encouraging students and all participants to have 4 people per room. Here are the things that will help Mrs. Sunken....please provide:



1. Who is going (names and identify whether it is a student or parent)

2. Specific roommate requests (names of other people in room)

3. Parents who are chaperoning and if they will want to room with their child or not and will they want to room with other parent chaperones.

4. If parents and other family are going but not staying at same hotel with their band child.

5. Please provide a contact email for confirmation


We will try to honor requests but cannot be guaranteed.......


All final choices will ultimately be decided by Mr. Bachmann due to several other factors



No one gets left behind! It is VERY important that everyone have a roommate...there are 66 kids in the band. Thanks to Mrs. Sunken for her help with this.
