First things FIRST...

Restructured Support at your campus

There's two forms of technology support for campus:

  • TRAINING: provided by NEW Digital Learning Specialists
  • TECH REPAIR: provided by the Technology Help Desk

Tech Services will REPAIR, INSTALL, & TROUBLESHOOT any TECHNOLOGY Hardware and Software. They support all Computers, Printer Connections and Mobile Devices.

All requests must be made to the helpdesk by calling, submitting a ticket in ePortal and soon directly on your PC desktop using a messenger feature!

And what exactly is a Digital Learning Specialist (DLS)?

The purpose of the Digital Learning Specialist is to help teachers and administrators integrate technology within their classrooms and throughout the campus by providing training requested.

What training(s) will be provided?

Here's just a few of the trainings/professional developments that will be offered on all campuses:

  • Promethean & Classflow/ActivInspire
  • Schoology/Google Classroom
  • BrainPOP, Flocabulary, Discovery Ed
  • Digital Citizenship
  • Google (Gmail, Docs, Hangouts, Calendar, etc.)
  • Video
  • Flipped Lessons
  • anything YOU request!

If you need to request your DLS for training, send them an email or soon you can submit a request via ePortal (next to the Help Desk request).

Requested trainings can be for an individual, small group or whole group.

What do I need to know TODAY?

  • Schoology

    • District Online Required Trainings (course code: R6C89-SGRF6)

      • Counseling

      • Health Services(Nurse)

      • Technology (Personal & Professional Use of Technology)

      • Library Services/Media

      • Student Services (Teacher Access Center/Gradebook)

    • Level UP REVAMP (course code: W62S6-949QG)

Remember: In regards to the Schoology online mandatory trainings, many of you may be discovering that there is a loading issue with the certificates of completion. Know that tech services is working to remove the popup blocker that is preventing the certificate from appearing. You are not doing anything wrong. Your progress within the courses will be saved and you can always go back to view the certificate. For right now, just complete the coursework and your certificate is projected to be viewable within 2-3 days.

Don't forget to update your District Password

This is just a friendly reminder to reset your password AND make sure you have entered your security questions at If, for any reason you need to contact the technology helpdesk, they can only assist you if you have answered your security questions.

Visit: and click on Reset Password.

Your new password must not contain the user account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters

The Password must be at least Eight characters in length

The new password must contain characters from three of the following four categories:
1) A Uppercase characters (A through Z)
2) A Lowercase characters (a through z)
3) Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
4) Non-alphabetic characters (for example, *,!, $, #, %)

One more thing...Where's my Cart?

Were you Level Up Sponsored for your Chromebook? Wondering when you are going to receive it? Your DLS will be providing your campus admin with the updated list of who is sponsored at your campus (regardless of where you were last school year) to make sure that those who received a Level Up Chromebook Cart, has one this school year. If you did not complete Level Up, make sure you complete the Level Up REVAMP. More devices will be coming to a campus near you in the near future!
