A Message from the Principal
Last Wednesday night we had our first 2021-2022 School Advisory Council meeting and our main goal this year is to engage the Holy Family community in our HFCS strategic planning process.
Members of the council will lead, and participate in, community focus groups which will include these groups of stakeholders: parishioners, parents, school faculty/staff, parish staff, and students.
Council members will also analyze the data from the focus groups and use this data to write our next year strategic plan.
This work will be done in four phases:
Collecting data: October 2021 through December 2021
Analyzing data: January 2022 through March 2022
Writing the plan: May 2022 through July 2022
Publishing the plan: August 2022
Our parent focus group will be held on November 3rd at our Home and School Association meeting. Please plan on attending, your input will help shape the future of our precious school.
I look forward to seeing you at Meet the Teacher Night, tomorrow, Tuesday, August 24, from 6:00 to 8:00pm.
We will have three different Elementary sessions that you will be able to choose from, and one Middle School session. Our Middle School session will include all full-time MS faculty, who will be presenting information about their individual subject areas.
Please be on the lookout for a Sign-Up Genius from your child's Elementary teachers so you can pick which session/s you will be attending. We will not be offering a Sign-Up Genius for the Middle School meeting because there is only one session.
