5th Grade Drama Performance of the "The Most Epic Birthday Party Ever!"
Mickle students earned a "hat day" for filling the school-wide Buzz Bucks bin!
It's hard to believe that we are entering our final week of the 2021-2022 school year! We will miss the buzz in the hallways, cafeteria, and classroom, and seeing the smiles on students' faces throughout the building...but this isn't goodbye to the 21-22 school year just yet! We are beyond grateful for the partnership of our families and all of the combined efforts that have made this a memorable and wonderful school year!

Also, a reminder that sll incoming 6th grade students must provide the school with a copy of the required Tdap and Meningococcal immunizations in preparation for the start of the 2022-2023 school year.
Student Chromebooks
Students in grades 3, 4, and 5 will keep their Chromebooks, chargers, and cases over the summer. We want students to have the opportunity to utilize their Chromebooks if involved in summer programs, for summer learning activities, etc. Students will then bring their Chromebooks back to school with them for next year.
Students in 6th grade that did not pay for the 4 years of Chromebook insurance will have to return their Chromebook, charger, and case the last week of school. Teachers have the list of their students that need to return their Chromebooks.

Home School Connection-Grade 3
Counselor Corner
Hello and welcome back to the Counselor's Corner! My name is Kristen Lombardo and I am your child’s school counselor. The school year is winding down. The summer is a good time for the children to relax, spend time with family and friends, and make memories. It is also a good time for the students to review what they have learned throughout the year. Students will be able to use my online office and enter all of the lessons I provided in the classroom this year. It might be a good break from their summer packets.
It was nice to finally have the structure and routine of a “normal” school year. If your child struggled to get into the routine and structure of school or suffered with anxiety it is important that they continue to follow a routine in the summer. Have them make a daily schedule. Make sure they spend some time outside of the home with friends or other family members to decrease the possibility of separation anxiety.
I am available if you have any questions or concerns. It is important that we all work together. I can be reached by email at lombardok@eastgreenwich.k12.nj.us or by phone at (856)423-0412 ext. 1051. I do not work during the summer but I do check my emails periodically. If you have an emergency please reach out to the main office and they can assist you. I look forward to working with you and your child. Have an amazing summer and make lots of memories!
Kindly,
Kristen Lombardo
