Watch as TCS Student-Athletes Kickoff A New Season
Friday Night Football Starts This Week!
This week the Northridge Jaguars open their season at home against a tough Mountain Brook Spartans squad. Northridge lost the only other meeting against the Spartans in a 17-7 playoff loss in 2010. At halftime, the Northridge High 6A Girls 2018 state tennis champions will be awarded their championship rings.
The Central Falcons and Paul W. Bryant Stampede will square off in a fierce rivalry game to get their seasons started. Three out of the past four games in this series has been decided by 4 points or less.
Kickoff for both games is 7 p.m.
In an effort to increase faculty and staff support for extracurricular activities, the Tuscaloosa City Schools is offering employee incentives, aligned with the Alabama High School Athletics Association.
All TCS employees will enjoy:
- Free parking
- Free admission to all regular season home games
- Free admission for one family member
TCS identification must be present to receive the incentive.
In working to meet our mission through the strategic plan, faculty and staff presence at athletic games will enhance morale and build quality relationships with our students.
