By: Caydee Blankenship

About the Job

Floral design teachers work with students to create flowers and plants to create floral displays, such as wedding bouquets, prom corsages and Christmas wreaths.

To be a Floral Design Teacher you do not have to be certified to teach the students but you have to have at least four years of college and have some sort of teaching degree.

The yearly salary a floral design teacher makes usually depends on what part of the world you work in but, on average they make about $28,000.

What I find interesting...

What I find interesting about a floral deign teacher is that they don't only teach floral design but, they teach everything in the AG program. They have so much responsibilities and very little time, yet they still manage to get everything done.
