Chickpea burger

You will need...

- 2 lb of chickpeas

- 1/2 lb of organic vegan cheese

- Fresh baby spinach, tomatoes, onions, and pickle slices

- Mustard and Ketchup (optional)

- Burger buns, whole wheat or gluten free


1. Mash chickpeas, mix with corn or celery, form into small or medium sized patties

2. Put in the oven to cook

3. When out of the oven, cool, then make your desiered burger.
