Please bring a food pantry ID number or identification showing your address within the SD 308 boundaries or within Kendall County Zip Code.

It is important that ALL incoming students participate in the Kindergarten Screening Process!

Online Returning Student Registration opened in the Tyler Parent Portal on Wednesday 4/13. Online Returning Student Registration is available in the portal through the website or the app. The Online Returning Student Registration is due by May 1st.

Please note families currently attending Oswego Community Unit School District 308 on an approved affidavit during the 2021 - 2022 school year will be receiving communication regarding the renewal of the affidavit for the 2022 - 2023 school year. Affidavits must be renewed and completing the Online Returning Student Registration does not complete the renewal process.

We are sorry to say that we are cancelling the Virtual Multicultural Night that we had planned due to complications and limited submissions. We hope that next year we can honor and recognize the many cultures that make up the Boulder Hill family.

To celebrate our last days together as a Boulder Hill Family for the 2021-22 school year, we have created some themed days as an ABC Countdown to summer. Students are encouraged to participate in as many days that they choose. Please see the attached countdown calendar.

The 2022 Boulder Hill Field Day is just around the corner! The official date for this year’s field day will be Friday, May 20th. We are looking for volunteers to help run our Field Day stations. Field Day will be divided into 2 sessions. 3rd, 4th, & 5th grades will be from 9:15-11:15am and Kdg, 1st, & 2nd grades will be from 1:15-3:15pm. Please feel free to sign up for one or both sessions. To efficiently organize this event we are using an online volunteer website called SignUp.com

During this time of year we begin the process of creating class lists for the upcoming school year. Since we believe that you have valuable information that should be considered, we want to give you the opportunity to provide some input. The following provides the process to allow parents/guardians to provide input into their student’s placement.

• May 13 - LRC books due date
• May 18 - Oswego Public Library Summer Program presentation (during class)
• May 19 - Boulder Hill Alumni Walk
• May 20 - Field Day
• May 20 - Student Input forms due
• May 23 - Field Day Rain Date (if needed)
• May 20 - Watch D.O.G.S. day
• May 27 - 5th grade awards assembly
• May 27 - Last Day of School (3.5 hour day 12:30 PM dismissal)

Mental Health & Wellness are important, but often overlooked. Remember that there are a number of resources available to SD308 students and families.
