- Join us during Catholic Schools Week for our Community Service Day or to help with the Spaghetti Dinner. We have committees already formed for both. Contact the Office.
- Front Office help on Friday afternoons, maybe 12-2 or 3 ish
Thank you to our wonderful parents who worked in our raised garden beds this week and got them ready for Autumn. They look fantastic!
And thank you to all the parents who have been volunteering in the office, organizing the closet, chaperoning field trips, or helping in our classrooms. We have loved having you all in the building and a part of our community. If anyone wants to join us, please call the office and tell us how you might like to spend your time at Saint Mikes.
Congrats to this week's Tuition Voucher Winners!
We drew three names from all the families who had sold all twelve (or more) tickets by Wednesday Morning.
Our lucky winners are:
The Saunders Family
The Neumeister Family
The Borst Family
Congratulations to you all for your efforts!
We had such fun watching Mrs. Beam deliver the good news!
SUPER RAFFLE UPDATE
We have 14 days to go and only about 200 tickets left in the office to sell...
Could there be a change in the ranks next Friday on the Leaderboard???
Who will sell the most raffle tickets and win the $500 tuition voucher???
Get creative:
Roll your loose change!
Buy a ticket for someone as a holiday gift idea.
Have your children create a letter to email to friends and family for one final ask.
Post our flyer in your office break room or time-clock area with a photo of your child(ren)
Families, we have several masses still available for signup and parishioners who still would love to buy a ticket. Please be brave! Encourage your kids to signup and attend mass with you to sell a few more. It's important for our students to experience the magic of "fundraising"- both the courage to ask and the confidence that comes from receiving a YES. It's a wonderful way to connect with the parishioners across the street as they can see your sweet children and support our wonderful education program.
Retreat Farm
Our students are settled into their academics and have started to venture out into the community as well. One of the highlights of each week for the middle school students is the Friday afternoon visit to Retreat Farm. Our students help out with various chores and needs around the farm and they get to have some fun too. They have been making scarecrows, playing on the forest playground obstacle course, and even taking goats for a leisurely stroll around the farm.
The Kindergarten class went this week as well for a field trip where they got to meet all the animals of Retreat Farm, spend some time in their indoor play space, and learn how to make fresh pressed apple cider.

RenWeb is changing, important updates below
Dear Families,
We wanted to make you aware of an upcoming change that may affect your usage of ParentsWeb or the RenWeb Home App. Four years ago, RenWeb was acquired by another company called FACTS, and on Friday, October 12, they are launching a new website and rebranding the RenWeb company to the FACTS name.
What does this mean for you?
- · The way you log into your accounts will not change (whether in ParentsWeb or on the RenWeb Home app). Your usernames and passwords will remain the same.
- · You can still log into the RenWeb Home app, although you may see new colors and logos in the app.
- · If you currently go to RenWeb.com to access ParentsWeb, you will be able to continue doing so for a time, but you’ll want to start making the switch and logging in at FACTSMgt.com.
·
If the name RenWeb is going away, are any other names going away?
Yes, but FACTS is taking a methodical process to the product name changes. The RenWeb Home app will continue to be called the RenWeb Home app. You can search “RenWeb Home” in the App Store or Google Play to find it. The name ParentsWeb will be changing to FACTS Family Online. However, you will still login using the same credentials at FACTSMgt.com and you will still use it the same way once you’ve logged in.
Thank you for your flexibility and please let the school office know if you have any other questions regarding the change.
