Culture impacts every person in a civilization. Civilizations today have culture because of the stories, religion and traditions were passed down from generation to generation. Culture is important because it impacts a civilization. The four River Valley Civilizations, in particularChina, were greatly impacted by culture in five ways. First, religion impacts China because religion and religious leaders had control and took over most of the daily life activities. In addition, China was impacted by their writing system. Writing allowed the people to keep records, and pay taxes. Next, China was impacted by architecture because it allowed the people to become more educated in math, science and engineering. China was also impacted by innovations because it changed the way people were classified in the social classes and impacted the creation of more jobs. Lastly, China was impacted by achievements because these achievements allowed the people to develop more advanced technology and military systems. The culture developments during the River Valley civilizations made the largest impact on the people of China.
