Important Survey Coming Soon

As BBC looks toward university status and a corresponding name change, we’re looking for your input.

Credo, a dynamic higher education consulting organization, is helping BBC leaders craft a strategy. An online survey of current students – as well as many other groups, like faculty and alumni – will be in your inbox soon. Please take a short bit of time to fill it out and share your thoughts and ideas. Thanks in advance for your help.

Guiding Principles

This summer we spent a significant amount of time reviewing and rewriting various documents and policies - one of those being the student handbook - thanks for your patience while we ironed out details.

Our Student Handbook expresses a comprehensive rationale and guidelines for entertainment, media, community living, and other aspects of student life.

If you have questions or concerns about anything found in the handbook please feel free to contact The Office for Student Development (OSD).

Housing Assignments

Over the next few days our RDs will be making phone calls to let you know of your housing assignment. While we anticipate these will remain fairly accurate over the coming weeks, please note that they are subject to change at any time.

Questions or concerns can be directed to the OSD.

Health and Human Performance

The Health and Physical Education Department announces several exciting changes for this coming year! The department will now be known as the Health and Human Performance Department. Not only a new name, but there are some new majors joining. The Sports and Health Science majors (Pre-Athletic Training and Pre-Physical Therapy) will now be a part of the HHP department. If you have questions or would like more information, feel free to contact Miss Sherrie Holloway (570.585.9238). We are looking forward to seeing you soon!
