AEC - TEACHERS, WE NEED YOUR HELP.
Hello Staff…returning from the break and AEC is off and running.
Just wanted to give you a heads up on a few things:
- Please make sure you submit your list no later than 12pm on the day of…this deadline is important because phone calls need to go out to parents within the required 2 hour notice before AEC begins…submissions list after 12pm will be put in for the next day.
- Please specify on your list whether it’s AEC (completing missing work) or AEC Tutorial (Teacher will pick up students for tutoring).
- And don’t forget to clear your list to eliminate any confusion about assignments that have been completed or not completed…it helps with the never ending student statement…“I completed my assignment already…why am I here?”
Thanks for your help.

COMMUNITY SERVICE OPPORTUNITY for 9th graders
On behalf of the Quin Murphy Foundation, I would like to thank Sweetwater for hosting the upcoming Quin Murphy Foundation Campus Beautification Event on April 18, 2015. It appears that we will have a good turn out because two community service clubs, one from UCSD and another from Hilltop High School have said they will be joining us. I am hoping you can help to promote this event to your own students, Copies of a flyer promoting our community service events were dropped off to Ms. Donato-Palmore and Ms. Cuellar at SUHI.
Please let me know if you need anything else and thanks again for your help!
