Surfnetkids is an amazing resource, full of resources! She offers games, topics, ideas and more! All of this is organized by concentration or topic in concentration so it is great for elementary, middle, and secondary teachers! Once you click on a topic it brings you to a page with a plethora of information. When I click on history, it shows me biographies, particular events or even periods of time. This site is must for all teachers!

Form+ is an easy to use resource that is free through your gmail account. This site allows you to make multiple forms, upload files, share forms, embed them, and create reports from the data. This could definitely be useful in the classroom.
Level It Books
Level It Books is a great resource for teachers, parents, and students! Using a mobile device, all you have to do is scan the ISBN, then it will give you the lexile, reading guide, grade level equivalent and/or DRA levels for the book. This is a great resource that allows you to know all this great information, with just a quick little scan!
Mashpedia
Mashpedia is a great resource for students. They match reference articles from Wikipedia to youtube videos and news articles. Wikipedia can be a great resource but it is hard to trust, mashpedia makes it more reliable.
BaiBoard- Collarborative Whiteboard
BaiBoard is an app that you can purchase that allows for collaboration between all apple devices and between student and teacher.
Scoop.it!
Scoop.it! allows for clever publishing and helps build engaged audiences. How it works is you find something that really want to share, then you make it yours and then you can share it on social networking sites! This is another great way to take resources and make it fit for your needs.
Pinterest is a great resource for teachers and for students. The site can be used for more than recipes and planning dream weddings, there are tons of links to blogs, project ideas, and tools for the classroom.
Cacoo
Cacoo is a drawing tool to help you create site maps, flow charts, mind maps, wire frames, UML diagrams. And network diagrams. This site is free, but pro can be purchased with added features. Another great thing about this site is that you can work collaboratively and at the same time. This diagram building site is great for teachers and for students.
EDpuzzle
EDpuzzle is a great resource for teachers that like to incorporate videos, especially from youtube, in the classroom. What they have done is given you the opportunity to take an entire youtube video and crop it and voice over the video. This is great for teachers who find great videos, but are too lengthy or can be boring. This solves the problem.
Prezi
Prezi is very similar to PowerPoint but better in every single way. It is a free site that operates over the internet so every computer can us it! They have even updated it so that the iPad app can edit Prezi's rather than just view. The presentation becomes interactive and allows you to incorporate music, video, and pictures and make them come to life. Students will love this new approach to presenting information.

Edutopia is a great resource for educators. The is run by George Lucas, innovative educator extraordinaire, and is full of ideas, videos, and tips for teachers of all grades.
