NCCS Mission Statement

North Clackamas Christian School partners with Christian parents in providing our students with a biblically based education that pursues excellence in spiritual, academic, artistic, and athletic programs, training them to serve Christ daily.”

School Verse for 2021-22

Galatians 5:22-26...the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.

Campus Improvement Project

We are excited to launch the Campus Improvement Project at NCCS! Please read the attached letter that outlines this project and the map that displays the plan.

Do you have someone in mind that we should talk with about support for our project? If so, please share the letter and plans (see below), or share our contact information with them. NCCS is a registered non-profit organization under the IRS 501(c)3 requirement.

Our taxpayer ID number is 01-0765884. We will send a receipt acknowledging your gift.

Your year-end and ongoing donations toward this project will ensure that the mission of our school continues for the future. Please consider this opportunity to support Christian education, beyond your tuition dollars, as we focus on the campus needs at our school.

Donations are made online or by check, made out to NCCS (Campus Improvement Project) and dropped off at the school office. We will send a receipt acknowledging your gift. Thank you for considering how you will support this very important area of need.

Christmas Gifts for our Dedicated NCCS Employees

The PTF (Parent Teacher Fellowship) of NCCS want to share an opportunity with you to bless our teachers, staff, and administration this Christmas season. As parents, we thankful for NCCS employees who go above and beyond to teach, minister, and equip our kids. This year more than ever we are thankful for their dedication and commitment to our kids. PTF would like to bless them in a big way this Christmas and attempt to show how much we appreciate them. Would you be able and willing to partner in giving the teachers and support staff at NCCS a Christmas bonus? Donations will be divided among the teachers and support staff.

Welcome to New Staff

This month we welcome two new staff members. Rodney Osterhoudt fills an important role at NCCS in facility maintenence. He will work 3 days a week around the campus, fixing and improving our property. Rodney has been in this line of work for 30 years, bringing many vaulable skills to this area of need at our school. He is also a grandparent to the Harth family who have four childern at NCCS, and he is father-in-law to our Bible teacher. Please welcome Rodney.

We are also thankful to add another staff member to EDP. Our own NCCS high school student, Emmi Kerrekfy, has taken an assistant position for the after school care program. Emmi has been at NCCS for many years and is active in our music and athletic programs. What a blessing to have this outstanding young lady on staff working with our elementary students.

Destiny Rescue Challenge

In November, our secondary students listened to a guest speaker from Destiny Rescue share about the tragic story of human trafficking and the need to rescue thousands from this nightmare. An opportunuity was presented to give financially and join together in prayer, in an effort to save kids from slavery around the world. Our high school Student Council (ASB) is taking the lead on a fundraising effort, with a goal to raise $1500. They also entered into a bit of friendly competition with Damascus Christian to raise more funds, with the school raising the most giving a pie in the face of the other school's principal.

ASB is asking for all parents and students to work toward their goal by going to their donation site or by dropping coins or dollars in the container at the office.

Matthew 25:40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

Preschool Serving Our Community

The preschool families helped collect food for the Hope Food Pantry. The children helped count and box it - we counted 157 cans, jars, and boxes! And we received a note back from HFP saying it was 125.6 pounds of food to help the hungry!!
