Eliminate Choices on a Google Form
Want to offer meeting slots to students or parents? Want to allow students to choose topics digitally? There are other options for this, like SignUpGenius, but there's also a way to do it though Google Forms. Choice Eliminator is a Forms add-on that will eliminate an option from a multiple choice, list, or checkbox question after a user has submitted it. It's great for signing up for time slots or having students choose topics without doubling up. My only complaint is there's not option, that I can see, to change your mind. The link to the add-on is below, and the tutorial walks you through the steps quickly.
