As we close in on the first month of school, take this opportunity to check in with your child and see how things are going. The beginning of the year can be very stressful for new students, and especially for new high school students. Be as supportive as you can and let us know if we can help.

New high school parent jitters? Being the parent of a high schooler can be scary, stressful and terrifying; but it can also be fun, rewarding and bring you and your child closer as you navigate this new terrain together. Just remember to stay calm and keep listening.
