Canva for Education
Recently, Canva announced that it is giving the Pro version to áll educators for FREE! Even better, Canva is approved in Ed Frameworks, meaning that you can create a class for your students and have them start creating too!
Check out Canva for Education and start making your class resources beautiful!
A few of my favorite Chrome extensions
- Draftback: watch the revision history of a Google Doc as a "movie"
- Remote for Slides: use your phone as a presentation clicker with Google Slides
- Screencastify: quickly and easily create screencast videos (great for flipping or blending!)
- Todoist: keep track of all your to-do lists across all devices
- OneTab: share all your tabs with just one link (see what I was working on HERE)
There's more in the presentation and of course, I'm always looking for more to share with you. Check out the full presentation here and then let me know your favorites!
Celebrate Digital Learning Day with Nearpod
Nearpod is a great tool to start your digital learning experience. You can share content and instruction but also engage students with a variety of tools, like Time to Climb (only available for live lessons), matching, VR Field Trips, and collaborate boards!
You can read Nearpod's full blog post with ideas and teacher examples HERE.
Are you participating? Let me know and I'll give you a shout out!
