During his 36 years at one of the largest insurance agencies in the United States, he occupied many different positions including agent, sales manager, and assistant to the vice president. He eventually worked his way up to become general manager and remained in this capacity for 28 years.
Education and Professional Certifications
John Savadjian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the City College of New York. Furthermore, he is also a Chartered Financial Consultant and a Chartered Life Underwriter. He also holds a Certified Long-Term Care designation from the American College.
He is also a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). As an RIA, John is qualified to offer a variety of different financial planning services as well as managing investment portfolios.

He also supports the 200 Club of Bergen County’s mission to offer financial and emotional support to the families of county residents who serve as fire, law enforcement and EMS personnel in case of a serious injury or death in the line of duty. The 200 Club also provides scholarships and special needs appropriations to agencies that serve and protect Bergen County communities.

During his tenure at Prudential, John Savadjian’s guidance helped his group to become one the most successful insurance agencies at the company. Consequently, John has received a number of awards from the company such as the Leading Sales Manager in the Eastern Home Office in 1981. He has also received over 20 Presidential Citation Awards, one of which was the coveted Chairman’s Trophy which he received in 2005 for being the top General Manager in the United States.
