PRINCIPAL'S CORNER
This week was our 1st week we got to see everyone's smiling faces all 5 days!! It was fantastic to not have kids hauling so much home on Tuesday and bringing it back on Thursday.
I want to thank our community for your efforts to help mitigate risks. We must stay diligent in our efforts so we can continue to have kids in the buildings each and every day. By each of us following guidelines: social distancing, wearing a mask, washing your hands, limiting exposure to others outside your household, keeping your child home if they show any symptoms, and communicating with school about questions and exposure -- we can continue to have our kids here in the building learning.
Thank you again for all that you are doing to help us. As always, please contact the office if you are in need of any assistance.
Mrs. Michalski

Open Enrollment: This year’s Open Enrollment application period will take place between February 1st and April 30th. The Wisconsin Open Enrollment program allows children to attend public school in a school district other than the one in which they live. Early and late applications will not be accepted. Parents may apply online at https://dpi.wi.gov/oe If you do not have access to a computer, call or stop in at the district office.
If your child is currently attending under Open Enrollment, it is not necessary to complete an application form; your child will remain an active student through 12th grade.
Early Childhood Screening: Oconto Falls School District conducts developmental screenings for preschool age children (2 years, 9 months to 5 years, 0 months) who reside within the district. The purpose of the screening is to provide you with developmental information (speech, language, motor, pre-academics) on your child and to identify children who may need access to early intervention. Call to schedule your free screening today at 920-848-4476.
