Summer Program at UC Berkeley
Our program invites high school students to participate in summer sessions where they take UC Berkeley classes, earn college-level credit, and get a real taste of university life. Classes are offered under a variety of tracks (residential, commuter, and virtual) and we offer non-credit options as well. Every year, the program draws hundreds and hundreds of students from California and the rest of the world. I am reaching out specifically to let you know that 1 student from Westview High School applied to our program this past summer. Considering your students’ interest in what we offer, I wanted to let you know that my team and I (which include pathways programs to UC Berkeley) are more than happy to directly connect with your school to help either the staff and/or the students understand what opportunities are available to them at Cal. We can also send resources via email to you and/or other folks who might find this to be of value. Just let us know. For now, I am leaving you with general links and resources:
