Galapagos Penguin
Why You Should Save Them
Why They Need Saving
The Galapagos Penguin, also known as the Spheniscus Mendiculus, are the northernmost penguin species and live almost exclusively in the Galapagos Islands. These penguins are endangered because many of their nests either no longer exist, were taken over by marine iguanas, or are now flooded. People are trying to help their survival as a species by building artificial nests, which has been helping.
