New Family Spring Information Event - May 14
Welcome to Longleaf School of the Arts!
Schedule - May 14
There will be two groups that will remain together throughout the event. Families will be placed in groups upon arrival. During the "Self-Guided" Tour you will use your cellphone to read QR codes that have been placed throughout the building. Each QR code will lead you to a brief video. Please make sure you have a fully-charged cellphone and headphones/earbuds for the tour!
Part 1
Group 1 - Presentation in Black Box Theatre, Group 2 - Begin Self-Guided Tour
Transition - (9:50am to 10:00am)
Part 2
Group 1 - Begin Self-Guided Tour, Group 2 - Presentation in Black Box Theatre
Event Conclusion - (11:00am)
You may leave once your presentation has concluded or you have completed your tour!
Auditions - 11:00AM
Students may also audition for placement in an advanced arts class. Read more in our New Family Welcome Letter.
Important Dates
June 17 - Summer Reading Assignments will be posted. They are due the first day of school.
June 24 - Report Cards must be received to maintain seat. Final Report Card is preferred.
July 29 - Welcome letter will be emailed to all families with information about the school year including fees.
August 12 - Mandatory New Student Bootcamp all day - Parents late afternoon only. Schedules are picked up on this day.

My Hot Lunchbox
We are excited to offer your students nutritious lunches from restaurants they know and love while providing parents an alternative to packing daily lunch. Create your own meal from a wide variety of freshly made entrées and sides, including items that meet most dietary restrictions. Order for one day or multiple days and add,edit or cancel any order up to noon the day before delivery.
Account registration information will be sent two weeks prior to the first delivery.
