Glacier Peak Grizzlies
I am, because we are.
Friday, Sept. 1st 2023
It's been heartwarming to see our students' enthusiasm for learning and their positive energy radiating through the halls. We're off to a phenomenal start, and I couldn't be prouder of our dedicated staff and amazing students. Let's keep this momentum going as we embark on another exciting month.
Our Annual Glacier Peak Sneak!
Get ready for an exciting tradition that's just around the corner – the annual Glacier Peak Sneak! If you're new to our Glacier Peak Elementary (GPE) family, allow us to introduce you to an event that's both a heartwarming community gathering and an important fundraising endeavor.
Years ago, we took a stand against the typical fundraising methods that involved students going door to door or outside companies taking a share of the proceeds. The result was the creation of the Glacier Peak Sneak, a check writing campaign that embodies our values and directly benefits our school.
In the coming weeks, we're excited to kick off the Sneak, our sole major fundraiser for the year. Your support during this campaign goes a long way in enhancing the educational experience for our students. From classroom essentials like rugs and pencil sharpeners to motivating prizes for students and staff, your contributions directly enrich the learning environment.
But it doesn't stop there. The Sneak's impact extends beyond the classroom. The funds raised also make possible captivating field trips, engaging extracurricular activities, and inspiring assemblies that broaden horizons and ignite curiosity in our students.
We deeply understand that everyone's circumstances are unique, and any level of contribution you can make is genuinely appreciated. Your generosity, whether big or small, helps us build a stronger, more vibrant community.
As we gear up for the Glacier Peak Sneak, stay tuned for more details on how you can get involved and support our school. Your continued dedication is the foundation of our success, and we're immensely grateful for your ongoing support.
