Room 653 June 6-June 10th

What we are learning.

Language Arts Focus:

Students will be working on their final novel, Bound for Oregon.

Math Focus:

Students are working on graphing and line plots.

Social Studies Focus:

We will be working on the Branches of Government.


We will be working on life science and focus on plant and animal cells.

Writing Focus:

Our writing focus is informative essays. Students will focus on describing the main idea using supporting details.

What to expect from next week (June 6-June 10)

Monday: PE

Tuesday: History Comes to Life Assembly

Wednesday: Library-Return all Library books by the end of this week.

Thursday: PE

Friday: Frog Dissections

6/6-6/17: Book Donations

"Need space for new books at home? Bring your used books to the SEES Library donation box June 6th-17​th. Books will be donated to the SEES and Double Peak libraries for other students to check out and enjoy for years to come! Be sure to write “Donated by _name_” in the front cover to leave your legacy! We’ll be hosting our Buy-One-Get-One-Free Scholastic Book Fair June 13-16th. What a perfect time to buy some books and leave some books!"
