Graduation 2022

Graduation 2022

Graduation is a special time for seniors and their families. A student is eligible for graduation if he or she completes all graduation requirements including all portions of the EOC Exams. The faculty and staff of Galena Park High School commend you for your diligent effort and your support. This will be publicly rewarded when your child participates in the Commencement Exercises on Sunday, May 29th, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at NRG Stadium.
Big picture

Masks are OPTIONAL at graduation this year.

Just a reminder, as part of the GPISD dress code, all students must be clean-shaven and have no visible facial piercings. These GPISD dress code rules will be strictly enforced for the graduation ceremony.

Students are encouraged to be in business casual wear with comfortable shoes. You will be standing in the tunnels for about 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Business casual can include dresses, slacks, and button-downs, or polos.

Caps may not be decorated. That is a tradition you may look forward to at your college graduation ceremony.
