A Little Fucking Disaster
Be careful around here
What Inspires Me
I've been playing video games since I was old enough to hold a controller, and watched my dad play them even before that. I remember when I first went shopping with my mom and she said my dad wanted a "playstation". I had no idea what it was, and the first thing I came up with was "It must be something like Lego's".
The very first game I ever picked up for the exact same playstation not even a year later was Rayman 3, and I was so blown away by how artistically beautiful the game was and how people could create these worlds that you could experience in your own way was incredible to my five year old brain. That saying... I was horrible at the game, and it wasn't until recently that I first cleared the entire game without a single death (an entire 13 years later).
Nowadays I play a lot of other games. I play Legend Of Zelda and World Of Warcraft casually, and I play competitive Pokemon.
I only got really into music in the past five years, before that, I didn't listen to much at all. I listen to such a wide range of music, but most of it is video game music, fan created songs, independently published songs, and remixes. I also listen to some K-pop, Blood On The Dance Floor, Jeffree Star, and lots of Punk music from the 2000's.
I've always had a fascination with history, my favorite era's to learn about being around hte Middle Age Era's, Ancient Egypt and Greece, and more. It always felt like something straight out of a fantasy novel, but it had actually happened. Sometimes while watching documentaries I find myself wanting to be an archaeologist.
What I Love
I got my very first cat, Oreo, a few months after I moved here. There are few things that I love more than her, even if she pee's on my jeans, gets her hair everywhere, and jumps on me while I sleep.
A few years after her, my family got Wilson. For some reason he hates me to bits, yet still sits in my window and hisses at me if I even nudge the curtains. I still love him and give him some of my chicken nuggets though.
Mallow is our most recent cat, and technically belongs to my mom. She's the smallest out of all our cats, and is also the loudest. She has a habit of licking my blankets and pillows, sitting on my stuff and getting into fights with Wilson.
When it comes to my personal projects, I work really hard on drawing out characters, writing out backstories and personalities, and most importantly, writing out actual chapters for it. These are creations I have had since I was in middle school, and the characters have evolved so much since I was a small kid.
Sometimes I get frustrated with it, and even delete entire chapters in fell swoops because it's not turning out. I've stayed up until the early hours of the morning pouring over medical articles and looking over linguistics to make sure that I'm getting facts and scenes right and not too crazy.
If I ever become happy enough with what I write, I'd love to publish my work, and share my creation with the world. While I don't think it could become the next Harry Potter or anything like that, I believe that my work is creative and unique enough to capture the attention of many readers.
When it comes to friends, I talk with them a lot over Skype and other messaging platforms. Most of it is just us swapping pictures we found online trying to make the other cringe as much as possible.
Sometimes we find a video game we all like and we'll play it together and help each other out on overcoming some of the challenges.
We get together sometimes to play board games, cards, and have been to lakefront several times to hunt for Pokemon.
