Benjamin's Franklin's Childhood
Ben was born January 17, 1706. He was the 15th out of 17 children in his family. After Ben went to school for 2 year he was forced to stop because his father wanted him to make candles for him. Then at the age of 12 Ben whet to go help his older brother James at his print shop. When James was displeased with Ben's work James would then beat Ben and Ben was beat so much he ran away.
Ben's Career
After running away he borrowed money and with that money he stetted up his own printing shop and was very successful at it. Later he got married to a girl named Deborah Read they then set up their own dried goods store.
Benjamin's Conflict
Benjamin Franklin's conflict would be character vs. society because when Ben was a kid his family never did get him or took him seriously.

Ben never gave up and in the end he was a very successful person.
