Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe
April 8, 2022
Good afternoon DCS!
The fourth graders took their ELA RICAS (state assessment) this week. We are very proud of their hard work taking this on demand (no help) assessment. Third grade will start next week. Dates are below.
RICAS (state assessment) will be happening this spring for all grade 3 and 4 students. Mark your calendars for the following dates:
Grade 3 ELA: April 12 and 13
Grade 4 Math: May 9 and 10
Grade 3 Math: May 12 and 13
Today, we had a lockdown drill, which is a specific safety drill to prepare students and staff to achieve maximum safety in the event of an internal threat such as intruder.
For those who may volunteer or be asked to chaperone an event or field trip, please complete your BCI, https://www.westerly.k12.ri.us/domain/77.
