Mangos
The mango is in the drupe along with other fruits such as the peach. The mango comes in over 50 varieties, ranging in color from greenish, yellowish, to reddish, often tinged with purple, pink, orange-yellow, or red. Most of the time you get a mango it will two out of the 7 colors at once. The mango is a pear like shape, and has somewhat of a thick skin giving it a sweet and creamy like taste .

Mangoes are high in Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Potassium, Copper and Vitamin A.
People motly cook mango with some kind of meat or as a type of side dish, like a sauce.
Mango Salsa
2 fresh mangoes, diced
Warm Chicken and Mango Salad
1/3 cupvanilla low-fat yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoonslime juice
1 1/2 tablespoonsmango chutney
1 tablespoonseasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoonhoney
1/4 teaspoonground cumin
1/4 teaspoonground coriander
1/4 teaspoonground paprika
1 teaspoonolive oil
4skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into strips
2 teaspoonsgrated fresh ginger
1 clovegarlic, peeled and minced

8 cupstorn romaine lettuce

1/2 cupchopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cupchopped red onion
3 clovesgarlic, minced
1/2 teaspoonsalt
2 tablespoonslime juice
1/4 cuphoney butter
1 poundsalad shrimp
4 (10 inch)flour tortillas, warmed
