Popsicle Project
By Juliana, Ava and Tessa
Tessa, Ava and Juliana are giving you an inside scoop on a science project in 5th grade all about insulating an ice cube (they don't use a popsicle, they use an ice cube!)
The whole idea fo the project is to add good insulators to a container to keep the ice cube from melting. You work in a group to accomplish this goal. Some good insulators we use are:
- batting
- cotton balls
- packing peanuts
- duct tape
- styrofoam
- bubble wrap
- news paper
- tin foil
