Klem South Family Update

Special Edition- March 30, 2020

Dear Klem South Families,

We hope this update finds you well. We certainly recognize that as we embark on week 3 of the school closure a new normal is beginning to set in. If you or your family needs our help, please reach out. We are in this together. Contact information is listed below. We encourage you to keep in contact with your child's classroom teacher during this closure.

Please click on the button below to access the Klem South Home Connections Page. Our staff has updated this page for the week of March 30 - April 3. Please note that April Break is still considered a break and there will be no new updates during the week of April 6. We will return on April 13 with new content on the Home Connections page. At present, the governor has called for a 2 week closure, which will put us back to school on April 15. This date will be re-evaluated and communicated out to the public. If we remain closed, Webster is committed to providing learning resources and instructional materials through our Home Connections page. The structure will change on April 13, as teachers will begin delivering new content.

In an effort to keep our staff safe, we have limited access to the school building. Because of this, it is extremely difficult to provide paper materials during the closure. The district is currently planning for a device distribution to ensure families without a device or ones who may need an additional device will receive one. Stay tuned for more information soon! This distribution will likely happen by the end of the week.

Thank you all for your understanding and patience during this unique and uncertain time. We appreciate your feedback and messages. We miss our kids so much! Please give them a hug from their KS family.

Be well,

The Klem South Team
