Principal's Message
We hope you had a wonderful weekend! Classroom teachers will begin distance learning instruction this week with students. This is new for everyone- teachers, students, and families. We are all trying our best to continue learning for our students and we realize your family schedule is different right now due to the circumstances we are facing. Classroom teachers will provide guidance to you via Class Dojo or other methods of communication you may have already used with our teachers.
Student Work:
Please have your child complete these lessons at their own pace. Everything does not have to be completed at one time. We realize many families may have more than one child at home trying to complete distance learning at home. Spread the work out throughout the week. We understand that we have many families with children in several grade levels and online access or the availability of devices may be difficult. We encourage you to complete what you can so they can continue learning while our campus is closed.
Submitting Student Work for Progress Monitoring:
If your child has a packet of worksheets or a workbook at home that you picked up from our campus last Tuesday or requested for your child's teacher to email them to you, we do ask you to please take a picture of the SUBMIT FOR PROGRESS MONITORING pages. You can send it to your child's teacher by Friday of each week using the following: email or Class Dojo.
If you elected for your child to receive all of their learning material online through Canvas and did not stop by our campus to pick up a packet or did not request to have worksheets emailed to you, you do not have to submit pictures. The system will track your child’s progress automatically.
Thank you for all you are doing to work with us as we navigate through distance learning. We are all in this together. Please contact us if you have any questions.

At Home Family Schedule
For most of us, life feels anything but normal right now with the COVID-19 pandemic, schools are closed and many of us are working from home or still going to work.
A family schedule can be kept as close to your child’s normal school schedule as possible. You can set up specific times for reading, math and other academic work, as well as breaks. They’ll be more cooperative and work harder if they know when they’re expected to work and for how long.
Please feel free to click on the file below to download a sample schedule for your child.
