Photosynthesis
By Morgan Snook, Trinitie Harrison, and Maria Gilles
What Is It?
Photosynthesis is something that happens when plants are growing and developing using sunlight
Photsynthesis
The sun is the biggest part in the Photosynthesis process, it produces energy to the plant for it to make oxygen, which gives us air which keeps us alive and living.
How Photsynthesis Works
The sun, water, and carbon dioxide go in, and oxygen is a byproduct. A byproduct is something produced by another thing. So, all the things that go into making oxygen are produced by the sun.
The Calvin Cycle
The Calvin Cycle refers to light reactions in Photosynthesis. The cycle is indirectly dependent on the sun and it's UV Rays.
The Importance of Photosynthesis
Photosynthesis helps the plants create food. If photosynthesis didn't happen then the pant population would decrease causing a major impact on the rest of the food chain. If there are less plants
What is Photosynthesis responsible for?
Photosynthesis is responsible for fossil fuel. Fossil fuel includes; coal, oil and gas. Scientists realized that if they consumed plants the slower they were consumed, the plants remains were deposited into the Earth's crust by sedimentation and other geological processes. They were protected from oxidation, these remains then were gradually created into fossil fuels.
