Extra Curricular Activities guidelines
- Please submit your pre-approved Off Campus/ Extra Curricular activities to the Attendance Office prior to the date of the activity and with as much notice as possible to ensure coding is done in a timely manner.
- Attendance office will not code students unless we have a copy of the approved & signed form with Ms. Laberge's signature on it.
- If any student(s) are added/dropped, you need to let us know ASAP so that we can update their attendance accordingly. We have had several students who were not coded due to them being added on last minute, or students that were coded for an entire day and were absent or on campus and not at the activity.
- If your activity is scheduled for certain periods rather than the entire day and you are running late returning to campus, please email or call us to update those students.
- Click here for the Extra Curricular Form for your reference
Thank you to Mrs. Hill, Ms. Newsome, Ms. Lamb, Ms Johnson, and the entire THS Counseling team for making this possible for our wonderful students!
~Mr. Oliphant
Thank you Jeremy Sapp for recognizing JV Football each week!
Also wanted to say a huge thank you to the Travis Cheerleaders for their support this season.
