Exceptional things happen here
April was a busy month here at Lincoln Street! From a black out, to a visit abroad, there's never a dull moment at LSES. Here's a little peak of what we have all been up to and what you can look forward to in the month of May.

Teacher & staff appreciation week
Teacher Appreciation Week, which is the first full week in May of each year, is the time to show appreciation to teachers and personnel alike. The National Education Association describes National Teacher Day “as a day for honoring teachers and recognizing the lasting contributions they make to our lives”. PTO has generously provided lunch for all staff on Wednesday, May 3, along with a sweet treat the following day. Thank you!
Kinder Orientation
On May 11th from 6 to 7:30 p.m. we will welcome our incoming kindergarten students at kinder orientation. Mrs. Maher, Mrs. Lemons, and Mrs. Lopez are working hard to prepare information, resources, and presentations for the incoming students. The first 50 kinder students who attend the orientation will receive a free backpack with school supplies -
How neat!
