Happy Memorial Day...
Happy Weekend Spartan Families:
WOW! What an amazing week we had at Shepard! We danced in the LC, we mock trialed in ELA, we dropped water balloons out of the 2nd floor windows in the name of science and we honored a number of very deserving Spartans.
Below you will find some special updates from our week including a Track and Field update, a special assembly for our Spelling Bee Champion and a special live SMS News broadcast.
Last night's 8th grade movie night has me ready for a good night's sleep. However you choose to spend your weekend, we hope it is a great one.
As we head into the the Memorial Day holiday, we are reminded of all those who served and gave the ultimate sacrifice to uphold our freedom and protect our Country with honor.
Respectfully.
Chris Cybulski, Principal
Marie Zlotnikov, Associate Principal
Ginger Logemann, Coordinator for Student Services

DISTRICT COMMUNICATION
ICYMI: A One-Question Survey On How DPS 109 Is Doing
As part of our mission & vision process, the Deerfield Public Schools District 109 administration established several key performance indicators for the district, which are updated and reviewed at various points throughout the year. One of the newest KPI's, which is being measured for the first time here, is a Net Promoter Score. Simply put, we want to know how satisfied you are with your overall experience with our school district.
Here is a Google Form that will ask you "How likely are you to recommend Deerfield Public Schools District 109 to a friend or colleague?" on a scale of 1 "Very Unlikely" to 10 "Very Likely"
Please rate the district accordingly. There is also an optional space provided where we encourage you to leave feedback about your score so that we can learn and grow from what you share. Your response is anonymous.
