Bond 2023
The voters of Garland ISD voted to pass the district's $1.279 billion bond referendum put on the May ballot upon the recommendation of a citizen bond steering committee. Bond money will be used to modernize aging facilities, enhance student safety, and provide additional educational opportunities for all GISD students. Now that voters have had their say, GISD will work on construction timelines and project schedules. Find details about what's included in the bond, projects by campus, tax impact and more on the Bond 2023 page.
