February is here and I am so grateful to be part of the Cedars Family. I hope that you continue to stay safe and healthy during this time. It is so nice to see more teachers and students on campus.
This month our Guidance Lessons will focus on Self Care.

February Self Care Series at no cost
February Self-Care Series
Friday, February 5 - Friday, February 26
SDSU Extension will be hosting a virtual self-care series February 5, 12, 19 and 16 at 9:30 a.m. CT.
Every Friday, SDSU Extension will offer 20-minute self-care activities around the topics of Nutrition, Physical Activity, Stress Management and other rotating topics based on participant feedback. All sessions will be offered through Zoom and there is no cost to participate!

- 1st Friday of the month – Physical Activity, led by Nikki Prosch and Hope Kleine
- 2nd Friday of the month – Nutrition, led by Megan Erickson and Megan Jacobson
- 3rd Friday of the month – Stress Management, led by Amber Letcher
- 4th Friday of the month – Rotating topics from guest speakers
If you are unable to join us live but would still like access to the recordings of the sessions, please complete the registration process and a link to the recording will be emailed following each session.
