New updates for parents & community during COVID-19 closure

Tuesday, April 14th - Distance Learning Packet Pick Up

  • Packets will be available online or to be picked up per the following schedule below.
  • For the health and safety of our families and staff, the pick-up option will be offered via a drive-through format along with the meal pick up. Please do not park and exit your vehicles, an employee will come to your car to assist you.
  • All staff will adhere to social distancing guidelines and wear masks, and gloves at all times.
  • Packets will be due Monday, April 27th.

MEUSD Starts Meals for Redhawks on Tuesday, April 14th

Beginning Tuesday, April 14th, MEUSD will begin offering free breakfast and lunch to ALL MEUSD students and children ages 2 - 18.Children do NOT need to be present and parents or guardians can pick up the meals for their children.You do NOT have to go to your school of enrollment to pick up meals, you can go to the school most convenient to you to pick up meals.

All meal packages will include 1 lunch and 1 breakfast. Meals should be refrigerated if not immediately consumed.


  • Daily meal pick-up will be 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday-Friday.
  • For the health and safety of our families and staff, the pick-up option will be offered via a drive-through format with no onsite dining.
  • Families wishing to pick up meals will form a car line and pick up the meals at the front entrance to the building without exiting their cars.
  • Meals for pick up are free.
  • Pedestrian traffic at Clover Flat is discouraged due to safety concerns.

Counselor's Corner: Staff Ready to Assist Redhawks

We understand this time of uncertainty creates anxiety and stress for students and families. MEUSD counselors are here to help our Redhawk community. If you need counseling assistance, please contact our campus counselor, Cheri Ippolito, by email at or by phone at 619-784-2172 Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00-12:00.

Southern Indian Health Council Tutoring Available

As of now, SIHC created a schedule where students can sign up, which can be found here. Schedule will be as follows:

· 9:00-10:00 AM: Mon/Wed = Kindergarten; Tue/Th = 5th Grade

· 10:00-11:00 AM: Mon/Wed = 1st Grade; Tue/Th = 6th Grade

· 11:00 AM-12:00 PM: Mon/Wed = 2nd Grade

· 1:00-2:00 PM: Mon/Wed = 3rd Grade

· 2:00-3:00 PM: Mon/Wed = 4th Grade

· Also be open to any grades Tuesday/Thursday from 2:00-3:00 PM and ALL DAY Fridays, on a first come first serve basis.

Looking for Additional Activities Online?

Students can log on to ClassLink to access all of our school computer programs. Choose Sign in with Google. They will need to enter their school email address which is first name.last name and two digit birth year- Ex.

The password is their 5 digit lunch number. Email your child's teacher if your child does not know this info.

All Campuses & Facilities Being Deep Cleaned

During our school closures and Spring Break, MEUSD campuses, facilities and District vehicles have been deep cleaned. MEUSD is using hospital-grade cleaners in wiping down and fogging all buses and District-owned vehicles including Maintenance, Technology and Food Service vehicles.
