Going Greeen
- Swamp sunflower grows in moist, sunny or partly shady locations throughout much of the eastern U.S. It grows in swamps, wet pinelands, coastal salt marshes and moist disturbed sites and is often common along roadside ditches and fence lines.
- The needle palm is a terribly talented plant that is beautiful, rugged, extremely cold hardy, fast growing and one of my landscape favorites grows to about 6 ft (1.8 m) in height.
- Sabal etonia is a fan palm with a solitary stem that is usually subterranean but is sometimes above ground and up to 2 metres (6.6 ft) tall.

Hazardous chemicals
- carbon monoxide is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas that is slightly less dense than air. It is toxic to humans when encountered in concentrations, although it is also produced in normal animal metabolism in low quantities, and is thought to have some normal biological functions. In the atmosphere, it is spatially variable and short lived, having a role in the formation of ground-level ozone.
Air fresheners and cleaning solutions when used excessively can release toxic levels of pollutants. Chemicals used in this type of product are ethylene-based glycol ethers and terpenes.
Non-stick cookware like Teflon contain perchloroethylene which scientist believe cause birth defects and cancer and can affect growth and development, reproduction, and function of the liver.

An energy efficient home
Appliances of the future
I would choose the essential appliances for my home.
Stove/oven
- washing machine
Refrigerator
- computor
- television
i chose these appliances because a t.v. and a computer are for leisure activities and stove fridge washing machines are simply appliances that i will need to use in my daily life. also, when choosing these appliances, I would be sure to look for an EnerGuide label or follow the EnergyStar program to conserve energy.
Let there be light!
Thank You NASA
Water Filters: NASA actually were the pioneers of these beauties they used it to kill and sanitize drinking water going to space.
