Glorious Daughters
"The King's daughter is all glorious within." {Psalm 45:13}
The Belief Project
"In the days of Herod, King of Judea, there was a priest named Zechariah, of the division of Abijah. And he had a wife from the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elizabeth. And they were both righteous before God walking blamelessly in all the commandments and statutes of the Lord. But they had no child, because Elizabeth was barren, and both were advanced in years." {Luke 1:5-7}
Zechariah stepped into his duty as a priest to intercede yet again for the people. Nothing seemed to be changing. Nothing seemed to be reaching Heaven.
Then all at once everything changed......all at once God started speaking.
Join #goodmorningdarling as we wrap up our devotional series with this two part in-depth study telling the stories of Elizabeth and Zechariah and Mary as the active breath of God began to speak after 400 years of silence. The Heavens opened up and broke forth the promises of God's redemption plan, but these beloved characters would be met with a choice. Would they be courageous enough to believe....
The question still reverberates through our own souls as God is exposing Heaven's plans coming to earth for our lives. Are we brave enough to give Him our trust and believe? Christmas is coming and this couldn't be a more appropriate text to dive into.
God can and will use our surrendered lives to weave into the continued Redemption of His creation. As we come to the manger this Christmas season, may we come to the Savior rejoicing greatly and believing deeply!
Love you so,
Cari
