and senior parents!
Dear Senior Titans and Families,
Graduation Tickets
We have a small surplus of tickets that will be made available by lottery drawing. Please email lynn.ojeda@pisd.edu to be registered for our lottery drawing by Monday, May 16th at 5:00pm. The lottery drawing will take place on Tuesday, May 17th, and registered families who receive an additional ticket via the lottery will be notified by Wednesday, May 18th.
Plano ISD is working to provide live streaming of the event. Once confirmed that the current wifi access has been strengthened, I will provide information on access live streaming for to you share.
Our district communications department will also record this event, and it will be broadcast within a few days of graduation on one of our district television channels to be communicated with you upon confirmation.
Prom and After Prom Details from Plano Academy HS PTSA!
Prom is being held from 8pm - 12pm at the Marriott Town Center at 7121 Bishop Rd, Plano, Texas 75024. (972) 473-6444. Parking in the garage is free for our attendees. Valet parking is $17.00. Drop off Doors are by the lake entrance and near the restaurant. There are no additional costs and there will be nothing for sale at the prom - it is all-inclusive.
Prom Includes:
Professional photographer with free downloads by student request, a photo booth with free prints, buffet with appetizers, dessert, tea, and lemonade. There will be a professional DJ, ballroom, decor in the theme of the Great Gatsby, on-site security by Plano PD and a complimentary shuttle to Pin Stacks for students who have already registered for it.

2 hour pizza and drinks buffet, all attractions, security staff, drinks and snacks. Attractions include bowling with shoes included, rock climbing, laser tag, high ropes, bumper cars, video games and prizes for students for students - must be present to win.
Dress:
Students are expected to be in appropriate dress at both Prom and After Prom. Principal Lynn Ojeda reserves the right to decline admission to either event should clothing be unacceptable. For any questions prior to the event, learners may ask the principal directly. Semi-formal to formal attire is expected for Prom. Casual clothing is the norm for After Prom.
Senior Survey
Additionally, we want to capture the school or post-graduation plans you have as well as scholarship monies you have been offered. This celebratory information will be shared at our upcoming senior banquet as well as posted in our school for posterity.
Memorial Day Weekend ~ student holidays are Friday, 5/27 and Monday, 5/30.
Wednesday Senior Book Dedication!
It's time to leave your legacy by donating a book to our library inscribed by you!
Bring a new or used book to school on Wednesday, June 1st, that you love. It can be a personal copy, purchased, related to your passion, your hobby, your interests, your capstone...it's up to you!
Inscribe the book to "Dear Titan," and leave a personal inspirational message handwritten inside the book cover. Your book will be enjoyed by many classes of Titans to come! We will hold a brief morning meeting in the library for this memorable occasion. Be prepared to share why you've chosen this book as your personal gift to our school library.

The Senior Banquet will be on Wednesday, June 1st from 6:30 - 8:00 pm, at Spaghetti Warehouse on 15th and Central.

Seniors attending are guests of our PTSA who will pay for their meal. Families and invited guests will sign up separately for $11.00 per person which will include:

11:00 - 1:00 PTSA sponsored Stay Day to include Food Trucks and a DJ
Rehearsal is mandatory and begins promptly at 2:30.
Sign graduation contract regarding expectations.
2:30 - 3:30 pm Graduation Rehearsal
7:00 Senior Sunset Tailgate with Facilitators - Bring your picnic or RSVP to upcoming survey to join the facilitators for burgers and dogs on the grill!
