Jo's Sport Talk
The cooler temperatures signal the start of the much anticipated winter sports season (fingers crossed for a full season this year!). Most TPS athletes will have their first game this weekend, therefore, it is a good time to remember that children play sport for enjoyment, and that winning is only part of the fun. We hope that our TPS players will always try their best and have a positive attitude. We encourage the team, and their whanau, to be humble in victory and gracious in defeat.
All our teams are ready to play, but we do have room for two more players in our Year 1 & 2 Little League basketball team. If your child is interested, please contact me via email or pop into my office.
Good luck to all of our budding sports stars for the season ahead!
