Mrs. Lindsey's Lessons

Hello Flintville Nation,

I’m so excited to begin my 9th year as an educator serving Flintville School. In 2013, I began my career in Franklin County as a third-grade teacher at Broadview Elementary School. The following two years I taught 5th grade. In 2016, I began teaching 4th and 5th Science at Unity School. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Tennessee Tech University, and in 2018 I received my Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision from Middle Tennessee State University. I attended Flintville Elementary 3rd-5th grade. I’m extremely excited to be back at Flintville School. Some of my fondest memories of my school years were made as a Flintville Bobcat.

I live in Mulberry with my husband Stacy of eight years, who is a large animal veterinarian at Fayetteville Animal Clinic, and our three children Wyatt, Weston, and Loxley.

Counselor's Corner

Welcome back to school! We are off to a GREAT start and it has been wonderful to see these smiling faces again and hear all about the students’ summertime adventures!

As always, I am busy in the counseling department checking in with the students, making sure everyone has the supplies they need, and introducing myself to the new arrivals to our bobcat family.

Guidance classes started along with music, library, and PE on the first full day of school and the students have easily jumped right back into their “activities” routines. We are so proud of all of them! The first class periods are spent giving the students reminders and refreshers related to expected behaviors, classroom rules, and plans for the year.

You could feel the love, excitement, and energy throughout the hallways and classrooms on the very first day! If you haven’t come in yet, make plans to do so and you will see what I mean. There’s nothing quite like it and I AM SO EXCITED TO BE BACK!!

Please contact me if I can be of service to you or your student.
