Teams of Two
3 Rounds For Time:
21 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
12 Pull Ups
30 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
*Workout and weights can be scaled to your ability
**One partner works at a time; Split reps as you see fit
*** Both partners must run 400m together
**** You can have 2 Kettlebells (different weights) for each team but only ONE bar per team. You can have additional bumpers to add/subtract from that bar to get desired weight
