October 27, 2014 Teacher eLC Time!
Diving back into Data Analysis!
Welcome back! eLC time for the weeks of October 27, 2014 and November 3, 2014
Let's take a breath!
We have heard you, eLC teams! You are learning and setting goals with your VTAP and you want more time to reflect on the data we have been working with for the last few weeks!
We hear you!
In order to monitor and adjust for our teachers, we are now going to PAUSE and REFLECT on our learning!

You all are like the orange above! We are starting to peel away the layers. Sometimes we are tempted to keep moving, but this benefits no one, especially our students, if we can't take the time we need to think, share, and think some more.

So what's next? Think.....Plan.....Do......

For the next two weeks, take the time you need to collaborate and catch up on the last three weeks of eLCs. Your Directors may have specific directions for you as well to guide you as you make the last three weeks of the VTAP and data analysis meaningful. We see this time as foundational before we move on to more specific course and student data.
So when the week of November 10th rolls around, all of our eLCs will have their foundation cemented and ready to go! So cement those foundations!
Looking forward to your collaborations!
